The Shiloh Bistro is an integral part of our fundraising. This season we are asking for at least one parent volunteer from each team to serve as the Assistant Varsity Managers and the Assistant JV Managers. The Assistant Managers will oversee the concession operations during games. We also need parents to volunteer their services in the Bistro for each game. Generally, parents of the boys teams will work during the girls games, and vice versa, so that everyone has the opportunity to see their child play.

Working in the Bistro is a fun opportunity to meet other parents and players. As a volunteer, you'll be expected to help the Bistro Assistant set up and cook if necessary, handle sales at the window, accept money and make change (you must be an adult to handle money), and help clean up at end of night. If you are scheduled to work during the first game, please plan to be there 45 minutes before, to help open and set up. If you are scheduled to work during the second game, please be there at least 10 minutes before kick off.

Team parents will be calling on you to sign up; please check your teams' schedule to see when volunteers are needed. And thank you for all of your support!
