Congratulations to Corbyn Nchako,
GPB Academic All-Star Athlete!

Our own Corbyn Nchako has been recognized by Georgia Public Broadcasting at an Academic All-Star Athlete! In order to qualify, student athletes must have:

• Lettered in one or more varsity sports
• a GPA of 3.7 or higher
• One Advanced Placement® class where the student received a score of 3 or better
• SAT combined score (reading, math and writing) of 1880 or better or ACT score of 28 or better out of a possible 36.

An objective panel selected 54 winners for the 2009-2010 School Year. Winners will receive a plaque, with an additional plaque for their high school. Two Academic All-Star Athletes are recognized on-air each week on GPB Television and GPB.
