Sports Physicals. You MUST have a current physical on file to participate in conditioning. You can download the Physical form from the Handouts/Forms page of this site. If your physical is current but you know it will expire before the next soccer season begins, please have your physical now, and avoid the mad scramble in February.

Get your parents involved! The Booster Club is always looking for volunteer help. Please ask your parents to take a look at the Officers page of the Booster Club section of this website to see what they can do to help out.
